After what seemed to be an eternity of hiking up a gentle slope, you arrive at your destination: a beautiful hilltop campus, set to the backdrop of the glistening ocean.



You wipe your sweat off your brow as you step past the majestic entrance gates, and make your way to the grand hall.

Looking around the hall, you notice the excitement and energy buzzing under hushed tones. You find yourself a spot to squeeze into and stood, taking a deep breath to calm yourself down. It wasn't long before a distinguished-looking middle aged man - someone who you recognise as a well-known variety TV host, made his way up the stage and stepped onto the podium to address everyone.

"Welcome to Yumenosaki Private Academy, an elite academy that has been specialising in the grooming of young talents in preparation for the entertainment business for generations. I am your principal, Dasai Kira. We would like to congratulate all of you upon your acceptance into our highly competitive Idol Course, and extend a warm welcome. We sincerely hope that you will all enjoy a fruitful three years of high school education, and that you will become one step closer to reaching for the stars. We hope that you will do us proud. Thank you."

At the end of the principal's welcoming address, the hall erupted into a unified applause. As your fellow students gradually dispersed, you stood in place, clenching your fists in determination. This was it - you were finally on your way towards your greatest dreams. This was your new beginning.

Kirameki Days! is a casual, slice of life roleplaying group based on Ensemble Stars!, a Japanese multimedia game and franchise about student idols. This group's story is set in a future alternate universe that takes place a few years after the canon timeline in Ensemble Stars!, and will focus on its own plot and development, with minimal references to the original series. While there is absolutely no need to have any prior Enstars experience, we have borrowed a lot of concepts, designs as well as backstory from the original series, and so knowledge of the series will greatly increase your enjoyment.
